HOW CAN I ESTABLISH A COMPANY IN TURKEY?

NECCESARY DOCUMENTS  TO ESTABLISH FOR LİMİTED COMPANY

1. Application petition;
   will  be given chamber of commerce, the application petition will be written by all of MANAGER for registration.
   There will be in application pettion;
   a.names all of partners, adress, citizenship, shares which promised and paid by partners
   b.Managers’name and  titles,
   c. In what way the company will be represented will be explained.
2. Company Main Agreement ;
3. We will prepare the main agreement by us. After, all of partners will come in camber of commerce and sign it in there. The agreement will be approved by Notary.
4. Commercial books will ve approved by Chamber of Commerce.
5.  You can give somethings as capital like that real things. Forexample If you give  vehicles as capital, you have to apply Commercial Courts of First Instance and the court will have some experts preapered a report .
6. Authorized signature list and statement of signature
7. Letter of guarantee which shows paid part of money to Company’s account; will be given to Camber of Commerce
8. Fees will be paid by company and will submit the bank receipt.
9. Partner’s passport photocopy
10. Potantial tax numbers ;
11. Rental Contract ; is about Center of Company’s Office
12. After the establish the company partners who work actively in there will apply to immigration authority to get permitt for some activities.
